Problem-solving skills enable the chef to address any challenges during food preparation promptly, ensuring continuous service flow. Preferred skills like experience under a head chef and knowledge of ingredient sourcing further enhance the chef’s ability to deliver exceptional culinary experiences and maintain high operational standards
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sushi Chef at our esteemed establishment in Azumi, RXI, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality sushi dishes that delight our guests and uphold our culinary standards. This role demands precision, creativity, and a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary sushi preparation techniques. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation while maintaining exceptional hygiene and presentation standards. Your expertise will contribute to an exceptional dining experience, enhancing the reputation of our hospitality and tourism venue.
