SKILLS

  • Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in sushi preparation or fine dining environments
  • Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on knife skills and food handling techniques
  • Experience in menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food service
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work within a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous experience as a dietary aide or within a dietary department is an advantage
