JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef and part time server to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Japanese cuisine, particularly in sushi preparation, and will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards. The Sushi Chef will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in Japanese cuisine (1+ years preferred)
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation
• Commitment to food safety and hygiene
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• English communication skills (Japanese/Korean a plus)

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other Japanese dishes
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety regulations
• Prepare ingredients and manage inventory
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards
• Collaborate with team members for smooth kitchen operations
