We’re opening a luxury deli on the Kings Road in Chelsea with an exclusive Hand roll Sushi Counter. This is the second opening from the team that opened the Prince Arthur in Belgravia in January.
We’re hiring a team of Fishmongers & Butchers who will work next to a team of Sushi Chefs and Grill Chefs, so our clients will be able to choose from the finest produce whether to have it prepared in front of them and eat in at our counter or take away to prepare at their homes.
Our hand roll sushi bar will showcase, exceptional ingredients; otoro, eel, caviar, prepared in front of guests, using the freshest catch from our own counters. We’re looking for a Sushi Chef de Partie with presence who is passionate about authentic Japanese cuisine, collaborating closely with our fishmongers and butchers to ensure every ingredient is flawless.
