EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is required, with specific experience as a Sushi Chef preferred.

  • Proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques relevant to Japanese cuisine.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
