JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sushi preparation and a deep understanding of Japanese cuisine. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assemble sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients used in sushi preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
