Experience authentic Japanese omakase culture at one of NYC’s most refined Japanese restaurants, founded in Tokyo. We are currently hiring Sushi Chefs and Front-of-House Managers / Sommeliers who want to elevate their skills in a Michelin-influenced environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve premium sushi, including omakase
  • Handle fish with expert knife and portioning techniques
  • Maintain the highest hygiene and presentation standards
  • Communicate with kitchen and floor teams for seamless service
  • Deliver professional and heartfelt hospitality to guest

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee FOH operations and lead service team
  • Manage hiring, training, payroll (ADP), and scheduling
  • Conduct daily staff briefings and internal communication
  • Handle guest relations, Tock reservations, and phone inquiries
  • Update menus and manage beverage inventory/orders
  • Ensure health, safety, and liquor compliance
  • Improve CRM system for guest preferences and sales tracking
  • Provide occasional support to Japanese staff with integration (banking, insurance, etc.
