OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background experiences in food preparation and a deep understanding of sushi-making techniques for at least two years. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality sushi dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards for taste and presentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role within the food industry minimum 2 or 3 years required
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques specific to sushi preparation.
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dietary department operations or dietary aide experience is a plus.
  • Ability to plan menus creatively while considering dietary restrictions.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
