• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a busy restaurant
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during rush hours
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Prepare high-quality sushi rolls, sashimi, and other sushi bar dishes
• Fulfill sushi orders for dine-in guests and sushi bar seating
• Keep the sushi station clean, organized, and stocked
• Maintain food safety and quality standards at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a professional, friendly manner
