Harajuku Kitchen is dedicated to bringing authentic Japanese food to the Edinburgh community with a creative flair. Led by executive chef, Kaori Simpson and 2nd generation sushi master, Nobuo San, our team is committed to creating unforgettable, elegant dining experiences.
What we are looking for:
*Passionate chefs who would like to develop their skillset. Sushi experience preferred however full training will be provided.
* Proven ability to create innovative dishes that honour Japanese tradition while featuring the freshest local ingredients
* Experience working in fast paced enviroments and ability to remain calm under pressure
* An eye for detail and dedication to quality
* Knowledge of Japanese products and ingredients
* Great communication skills with a passion for working as part of a team in a positive, dynamic environment
