We are looking for a experienced Sushi Chef who has experience of working within busy sushi sections.
As a Sushi Chef we would love you to have:
- Previous experience working as a Sushi Chef or within a Japanese restaurant context
- Great communication skills with a willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, company processes and standards
- Drive and ambition with a desire to grow within our team
- Ability to deliver consistently high standards
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
-Full understanding of food safety and hygiene
-Great attention to detail
