JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a particular focus on sushi and Japanese cuisine. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards for taste and presentation. Your expertise in food handling and safety will ensure that all meals are prepared in a clean and efficient manner.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various types of sushi, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
