POSITION SUMMARY We’re looking for a Sushi Cook to join our sushi bar team. This role is ideal for someone with solid sushi‑making skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment but is not looking for a lead or supervisory position. You’ll support the sushi chefs by preparing rolls, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth service throughout the shift.
