We are in need of Sushi Chef and/or Sushi Helpers. The restaurant is multi concept, with a focus on fresh fish, late breakfast and nice coffee. Our Sushi is an extension of our fresh seafood concept, and we are looking to build a year long team. Full-time workers are needed, but we expect to apply part time staff for weekends. We offer, positive atmosphere, and a happy work environment.
1. Applicants must have 1+ years experience working in a professional sushi environment; experience with Japanese culinary traditions is always welcome, but not required
2. Must be able to plan, prep, set-up and provide high quality service in all areas of sushi production
3. Prepare all types of sushi including nigiri, sashimi, & handrolls
4. Interact positively with customers promoting a friendly and enthusiastic attitude; resolve problems to the satisfaction of the customers
5. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
