We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team.   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels of sushi ingredients and communicate needs to management.
  • Stay updated on current sushi trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation.
