We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on Japanese cuisine and fine dining experience preferred.
  • Experience in menu planning, food handling, and meal preparation is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with dietary department practices or as a dietary aide is a plus.
  • Excellent knife skills and knowledge of food safety standards are essential.
  • Previous experience in catering or restaurant settings will be beneficial.

Responsibilities
