JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a deep understanding of sushi-making techniques. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.
  • Fine dining experience is preferred, with an emphasis on high-quality food preparation.
  • Culinary experience with knife skills and meal preparation techniques is essential.
  • Experience in menu planning and catering services is a plus.
  • Previous work in a dietary department or as a dietary aide can be beneficial.
