REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sushi techniques, ingredients, and presentation
• Creative flair with a passion for exploring new flavors and culinary trends.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• Excellent communication and Team Player skills
• A commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Locally available candidate will be highly preferred.

• Execute the preparation and presentation of high-quality sushi dishes in line with Leen’s standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of sushi items.
• monitor kitchen staff in sushi preparation techniques and best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering, and quality control of ingredients.
