JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a deep understanding of sushi-making techniques. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role within the food industry.
  • Strong background in fine dining establishments is preferred.
  • Experience in menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knife skills and expertise in food handling techniques.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment is essential.
