What You'll Do: Craft high-quality sushi using precise techniques and attention to detail. Provide exceptional hospitality and create memorable experiences for every Guest. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. Uphold safety, sanitation, and food handling standards at all times. Continuously learn and master new skills, techniques, and station responsibilities. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Prepare and plate sushi according to recipes, menu orders, and special dietary needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout the shift. Execute fish-cutting and rolling techniques with speed, accuracy, and consistency. Communicate with teammates and expo to prioritize orders and minimize remakes. Mentor and support teammates, providing constructive feedback and assistance. Represent Sora professionally, demonstrating poise, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
