SKILLS

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the restaurant or food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sushi techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for meal preparation.
  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred; restaurant experience is a plus.
