Essential job functions:

• Preparing the ingredients needed to make sushi (cutting the fish and cutting the vegetables and other tasks related);
• Rolling sushi, making nigiri and plating or boxing
• Maintaining the storage and food preparation areas;
• Applying hygiene and sanitation standards;

Qualifications and skills required:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Strong interest in teamwork;
• Ability to react well under pressure;
• Organizational skills;
