We’re seeking a dedicated, reliable, fast Sushi Chef with 2–4+ years experience. Must excel at nigiri/sashimi/maki, fish breakdown, sushi rice, and high‑volume service. Strong knife skills, strict food safety, clean station, and consistent plating required. Full-time Trial shift required.
