OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the restaurant space, specifically with Sushi, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on member who can effectively create quality food, train staff, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
  • Familiarity with quick service, fast food, casual dining, fine dining, banquet services, catering, bar operations, or coffee experience is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability in staff training and development, including shift management and supervising experience
  • Knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and culinary standards
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and hospitality
