JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Previous experience in catering or serving is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and develop new sushi offerings that align with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, including proper storage of ingredients.
  • Demonstrate excellent knife skills to ensure precision in food preparation.
  • Assist in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service and culinary expertise.
  • Train junior kitchen staff on sushi preparation techniques and food handling practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels of sushi ingredients and communicate needs to management.
