REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on meal preparation and food presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
