JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, particularly in sushi and Japanese cuisine. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards while ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are followed.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with various cooking techniques, particularly those related to Japanese cuisine.
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation are essential.
