Sushi Neko is a family-run sushi restaurant seeking a dedicated and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team.
This position is ideal for candidates with 1–5 years of sushi experience who are looking to grow their skills while working in a supportive and team-oriented environment. The role involves preparing high-quality sushi dishes, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–5 years of sushi experience (restaurant experience required).
  • Solid foundation in sushi and Japanese cuisine with a passion to learn and grow.
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to develop professionally.
