OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a deep appreciation for Japanese cuisine. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards and delight our customers. This position requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Fine dining experience is preferred, along with familiarity in catering services.
  • Knowledge of dietary department practices or experience as a dietary aide is a plus.
  • Excellent knife skills and understanding of food safety regulations are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
