EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
  • Familiarity with fine dining standards and meal preparation processes.
  • Experience in food handling, knife skills, and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential.
  • Previous experience as a cook or dietary aide is a plus but not required.
