About Us:
Our restaurant is a popular all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant in Calgary, known for high-quality sushi and exceptional service. We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team and help us continue delivering an authentic and delicious dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, and rolls according to our menu and customer preferences
  • Ensure freshness and proper handling of seafood and ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage inventory and minimize waste
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum [X] years of experience as a Sushi Chef
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
  • Ability to work in a high-volume restaurant
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
