REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role within the food industry.
  • Strong background in food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques specific to sushi.
  • Fine dining experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of dietary department practices or previous dietary aide experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with menu planning and catering services is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene practices.
