JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sushi preparation and presentation, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards for quality and taste. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating a variety of sushi rolls and dishes, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques, food safety practices, and dietary requirements.
  • Experience in menu planning and creativity in developing new sushi offerings is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
