We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite sushi dishes and be knowledgeable about traditional Japanese cuisine.

Experience:

• Restaurant : 3 years (Preferred

• Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with precision and attention to detail
• Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi bar area
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate overall meal preparation

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

• Experience

• Previous experience working as a Sushi Chef in a restaurant setting

• Proficient in menu planning and creating new sushi dishes
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
• Familiarity with food handling and safety practices in the culinary industry
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required
