We are looking for a skilled and reliable Sushi Chef who is passionate about Japanese cuisine and takes pride in their craft.

• Prepare sushi and other Japanese dishes with precision and consistency in a timely manner
• Ensure freshness, proper preparation, and storage of all ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Communicate supply needs to management
• Work with back-of-house and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
