We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a particular focus on sushi and Japanese cuisine. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards for taste and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all food safety protocols are followed while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on sushi preparation and presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
