JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards for taste and presentation. SKILLS

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, particularly in sushi or Japanese cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Prior experience in a sushi restaurant is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
