JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Japanese cuisine, particularly in sushi preparation, and will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on Japanese cuisine, including fine dining experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques related to sushi preparation.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
  • Experience in menu planning and meal preparation is highly desirable.
  • Background in catering or food service is a plus, along with general kitchen experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a passion for creating high-quality dishes that delight guests.
