• Independent production: Celebrate the art of sushi preparation and expertly process our high-quality fish, ensuring consistently excellent quality.
• Be responsible for preparing and cleaning your workspace and for complying with our quality standards.
• Plan and act economically when preparing goods.
• Clean the kitchen equipment in compliance with hygiene regulations according to food law requirements (HACCP guidelines).
• Job requirementsYou have many years of professional experience as a passionate sushi chef.
• You possess contemporary and trend-oriented thinking regarding Japanese cuisine, especially sushi.
