In a previous life, you may have been known as a Sushi Chef, Host, Waiting Staff, Crew Member or have experience in food production and preparation.

About the role:
- You will be assisting your manager in the daily running of the kiosk, preparing food and serving customers with a smile.
- You will be ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and food standards are of the highest nature.
- You will be ensuring daily records of delivery, wastage and temperature checks are completed and recorded accurately.
- You will have excellent awareness of allergen procedures and will ensure that customers are always given the correct information.
- You will support us to build customer loyalty by championing our brand at every opportunity.
