[Sushi Yuzen in Sydney CBD ] - Sushi Chef!!
SUSHI Yuzen is seeking for Sushi Chef who are passionate, energetic, and creative to join our team.
You will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and provide professional and direction to kitchen personnel where required.
You will also be required to ensure recipes, food preparation, and presentation meet our restaurant’s specifications and have a high-level commitment to quality. You must also maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitised workspace.

What you will need:

• Great communication skills and an ability to lead a diverse range of employees.
• At least 2 year experience in Sushi Chef.
• Japanese Sushi Chef at a takeaway shop experience highly valued.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Australian working rights or appropriate visa.
• Casual : 5 Days working(Mon to Fri 07:00 - 14:30~15:30, 35-38 hours per week).
