We are crafting an unparalleled dining and lounge experience in the heart of Miami. Our meticulously curated multi-functional space will feature a world-class Omakase concept, a state-of-the-art listening lounge, and retail displays featuring products from our existing luxury lifestyle brand. Our culinary program will be overseen by award-winning Chef Bee of Naiyara, Oishi Thai, and many more. Chef Bee is a renowned figure in Miami, as his restaurants are known for having some of the most exclusive, hardest-to-obtain seats.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience preparing sushi in a restaurant or similar setting.
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of proper fish handling techniques.
  • Understanding of sushi rice preparation, rolling techniques, and Japanese flavor profiles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
  • Prepare sushi items such as nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls, and specialty rolls to order.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepped according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sushi station and follow all food safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate with kitchen management for reordering supplies.
  • Create visually appealing plates and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Assist with receiving and inspecting seafood deliveries for freshness and quality.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Adhere to portion control, minimizing food waste.
  • Uphold all sanitation and hygiene standards set by the health department and restaurant policy.
