REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities
  • Prepare maki, sashimi and other raw bar items according to established recipes and standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle food items safely, adhering to all food safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report any shortages.
