JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a deep appreciation for Japanese cuisine. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards while ensuring food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a cook or chef in a restaurant setting, preferably within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
  • Experience in meal preparation with an emphasis on sushi or Japanese cuisine is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
