  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to all food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Handle food products with care, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques are followed.
  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels for sushi ingredients.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on sushi preparation techniques and food safety practices.
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service of sushi orders.
