JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, particularly in the art of sushi making. This role requires a deep understanding of food safety standards and the ability to create high-quality sushi dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards for taste and presentation.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
