STORE MANAGER:

• Responsible to oversee entire store including employees schedules, raw material supply, customer service and day to day operations
• Extensive working experience in Japanese sushi or ramen store
• professional sushi skills including fish cutting, sashimi, sushi, and maki
• Omakase experience is a bonus
• Must have good attitude and team work collaborations skill
