Job Description We are looking for an experienced Sushimen Trainer passionate about Japanese cuisine to join our team. This function combines the preparation of high quality sushi with the training and development of new employees. 📌 Main Responsibilities • Prepare and make sushi, sashimi and other specialties of the Japanese cuisine with high quality standards. • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP). • Form and follow new sushimen, conveying cutting techniques, preparation and presentation. • Develop manuals, procedures and production standards for the sushi team. • Supervise the team during the service, ensuring consistency and quality. • Control the quality and freshness of raw materials. • Support the creation and improvement of menus and new products. • Evaluate the performance of graduates and provide feedback for technical progress. • Collaborate with the quality team for management to optimize processes. Qualifications 👨‍🍳 Requirements • Proven experience as a Sushiman (preferably with experience in team building). • Excellent mastery of fish cutting techniques and sushi preparation. • Leadership, communication and teaching skills. • Organization, attention to detail and focus on quality. • Knowledge of food safety standards. • Availability to travel • Fluent in English Additional Information ⭐ We offer • Integration into a dynamic team. • Possibility of professional growth. • Salary conditions compatible with experience.
