In this role, you will be instrumental in the Chassis Module, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation. Lead the design, development, and validation of automotive suspension systems. Oversee product life cycles from concept through production launch. Collaborate with suppliers, and internal departments to define requirements and ensure on-time delivery. Ensure compliance with global automotive regulations and standards (e.g., FMVSS, ECE, SAE). Coordinate with other engineering teams to integrate solutions into vehicle platforms. Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and performance metrics. Evaluate and implement new technologies. Mentor and lead a team of engineers and designers. Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for all issues related to the product. Prepare technical documentation and participate in design reviews and customer meetings. Prepare standards, design guidelines and lessons learned documents. Requirements Related Degree in Engineering field. 10+ years of experience in chassis systems, especially suspension systems design and development. Strong knowledge of wheel and tyre technologies, regulations, and manufacturing processes. Proven leadership and project management skills. Experience working with CAD, simulation tools, and other common office and engineering software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams. Experience working with global automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Knowledge of other chassis systems and components.
