Job Description Assigned Area: Di Linh, Lam Ha, Duc Trong and nearby areas, subject to the Manager’s assignment and arrangement. Main Responsibilities: Execute assigned tasks effectively and efficiently, managing both time and cost Implement sustainable activities within the assigned area, working with farmers, team leaders, and agents. Gather and report information regularly on the execution of sustainable activities to management, coordinating with provincial management to verify information when needed. Identify challenges as well as opportunities to drive the development of the sustainability activities further. Be responsible for sustainable data in the managed area. Support Field Technicians (FT) in technical activities, training, and field monitoring. Work as part of a team and ensure the team meets its objectives. Ensure all activities comply with relevant Group Code of Conducts, legal demands, and ethical standards. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the direct manager. Qualifications Experience Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sustainability program or relevant subjects in the agriculture industry experience at multinational companies. Experience in coffee is advantageous Academics Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Sustainability or related fields Other skills Proficiency in Excel, and reporting skills Ability to train farmers on RSP, SCI/projects is a valuable necessary Strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong team player. Good in communication skills and interpersonal skills. Be able to work independently. Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines. Languages Basic English communication & fluent in Vietnamese.
