Essential Functions Work with cross-functional CoBank stakeholders to get a sense of their duties and responsibilities in an effort to gain knowledge of day-to-day processes, procedures, etc. and ensure alignment with overall CoBank ESG strategy. As directed, work closely with ESG team members to complete various financial, administrative, and other reporting and analysis as assigned or as necessary. Become familiar with Company applications and operational techniques through completing required in-house training programs and ESG specific development courses. Conduct research on and prepare assessments of conceptual ideas in support of ESG related initiatives. Work in close partnership with Chief Sustainability Officer, Vice President of ESG and Corporate Sustainability, and the Senior ESG Analyst on various projects to develop and advance our ESG initiatives and build operational excellence. Contribute to advancement of company’s overall Sustainability strategy. Support the development of the annual Sustainability report and supporting materials. Conduct benchmarking and research on ESG topic areas and trends, providing recommendations when appropriate. Collects, synthesizes and summarizes information for inclusion in reports, projects, and content development. Identify ESG data requirements and potential opportunities to enhance ESG data quality. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
